Accounting Associate

As an Accounting Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our company. You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and preparation of financial reports, maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and providing administrative support to the management team. This position involves tasks such as data entry, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and assisting with audits. The accounting clerk must ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies as needed.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as required.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue balances.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
