CNC Programmer - 5 Axis

Phillips Corporation is looking for an experienced CNC programmer with five or more years of 5-axis programming to join our fast-growing Hybrid group. This group merges the cutting power of the Haas product line with the best additive technology on the market to create a cutting-edge product for both commercial and government customers. As you travel to customers around the United States, you'll be:

• Providing Hybrid training to our salesforce on how to best demonstrate to our customers the advantages and applications of Hybrid machines, teaching them how to educate customers to a point that they will purchase a Phillips Hybrid machine in order to maximize their profits.
• Developing exciting Phillips Hybrid training curriculum and providing Hybrid training to our customers to insure they completely understand their complete Hybrid system and are able to utilize it to their full potential.
• Creating exciting and unique Hybrid demonstrations for our showroom, develop programs, setup instructions, and tool list to ensure maximum efficiency when getting demos set up in the showroom.
• Providing our salesforce with quick and accurate time studies when customers request this information.
• Being the best resource for product support after the sale showing customers why Phillips Hybrid provides Legendary Customer Value when purchasing a hybrid machine.
• Providing expert advice and problem solving to our service engineers on all Hybrid related issues.

If you have five or more years of 5-axis CNC programming experience in Siemens NX, Hypermill or MasterCAM and either live in the Hanover, MD area or are willing to relocate to the area, we'd like to talk to you about taking the next step forward in your career.

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $75,000.00 and $110,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.
