Providing a virtual diamond shopping experience that rivals a storefront, our associates use phones, email, live chat and text messaging to help customers select and purchase the perfect engagement ring or piece of fine jewelry.

No previous jewelry related work history? That’s okay, as we provide extensive, paid training to make you an expert in all the products and services we sell - as well as ongoing training to assist in the growth and development of your career with our company and beyond.

Responsibilities

· Love talking with customers – great! You will interact with customers selecting the diamond and jewelry of their dreams through in-bound calls, emails, live chat and diamond consultation.

· Learn all about the nuisances of diamonds and gemstones and what makes them sparkle and desirable. Learn how melted metal is made into a gorgeous ring or piece of jewelry that can be worn for a lifetime.

· Share everything you have learned about diamonds and jewelry with your customers to help them pick the best product to fit their needs.

· Help customers finalize their purchase by setting up their order and assisting with finalizing their payment.

· Teach customers the benefits of purchasing from James Allen and everything we have to offer before and after the sell.

· Have fun selling diamonds and jewelry to customers during one of the most exciting times in their lives! And, the best part – you get to hear all about their proposal stories!

  • $17 per hour

Requirements

· Previous retail sales and customer service experience.

· Flexibility to work traditional retail hours; including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality standards.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain excellence in listening, written, and verbal communications.
