Our client, is a leading provider of innovative electric vehicle solutions, and they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee and manage their field service operations. As an EV Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a team of technicians to provide exceptional service and support for electric vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of field service technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Develop and implement service processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and engineering, to gather feedback and insights for product improvements.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, managing a team of field service technicians.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of electric vehicles and associated technologies.
- Strong technical background with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in service operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
