Full Job Description
As a Field Partnership Manager, you will strategically advance Riverside's mission in your assigned region by articulating the value of our solutions to educational partners by building new relationships via in-person visits, presentations, and other touchpoints. You will forge strong, personal relationships with schools and districts, aligning our offerings with their specific goals and challenges in each community district/school. Through these efforts, you contribute significantly to organizational growth while cultivating thriving educational ecosystems that benefit educators, students, administrators, and the company alike.

In this role you will get to:
- Develop and manage a steady pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Attain quarterly quota by nurturing relationships through the sales cycle.
- Build, expand and maintain a territory of opportunities through the design and follow through against the TAP (territory action plan).
- Facilitate lunch and learns, present and network at conferences, and drive awareness of our solution by serving as the subject matter expert in your assigned territory.
- Maintain an active pipeline and forecast weekly in HubSpot in alignment with the respective lifecycle stage definitions.
- Coordinate district and on-site visits >50% of the time to conduct presentations and support opportunity progression.
- Create a sense of urgency by effectively positioning our solutions against challenges while illustrating the negative impact of inaction.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree and 5-7 years in educational / EdTech sales
- Former Education experience strongly preferred
- Experience in consistently meeting sales quotas
- Strong understanding of educational sales cycle with ability to navigate.
- Experience building and progressing a pipeline using a highly consultative sales approach, working cross-functionally as necessary to position our products as the ideal solution for schools and districts.
- Resilience and persistence to remain highly motivated in the face of challenges.
- High emotional intelligence to establish rapport and earn trust.
- Resourceful to leverage all tools, resources, and teams, as necessary.
- Highly strategic and task oriented with a sense of urgency.
- Multi-threading to gain buy-in from multiple stakeholders.
- Highly strategic in designing and customizing the buying journey.
- Experience in creating a strategic plan to cover in person the territory with on-site visits.
- Create demand for attending/participating in presentations at conferences & events.
Physical Requirements for this position
- Remote
- Applicants must be based in Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Georgia or Florida to be considered for this position.
- 50%- 70% travel
- May require stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods.
