Overview:
As an LPN on our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering nurturing, patient-centered care. This position calls for a blend of clinical skills and genuine compassion. Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate, personalized care to patients with empathy and understanding
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs

• Collaborate closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare team members

Requirements
• Current LPN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
