Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Admissions Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The coordinator will play a crucial role in marketing the agency, all while guiding prospective clients through the process. Your expertise will be used to manage the admissions process, promote the agency, and ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Essential Duties:
- Communicates effectively in both one-on-one settings as well as group settings.
- Easily articulates the vision and standards.
- Keeps both the team and referral sources informed.
- Walk potential clients through the entire process till admissions.
- Communicates information on market share strategy to the team.
- Ensure collection and verification of all necessary information for admissions, including demographics, insurance details, benefits coverage, financial responsibility, and orders.
- Generates new solutions to problems or suggests innovative improvements to current processes.
- Creates promotional material as needed.
- Investigates the competitive landscape and identifies opportunities to gain market share.
- Pre-plan weekly sales activities.
- Create categories for referral sources by profitability.
- Maintains up-to-date competitive files, charges, and pay rates.
- Maintains all marketing activity in the agency database.
- Maximizes efficiency and cost-effectiveness in daily activities.
- Coordinates sales activity with all office staff to ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Submits weekly report of all activity to supervisor.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles
- Skilled and confident in using EMR systems for efficient data entry.
- Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with all stakeholders.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Understanding of market trends and dynamics
- Experience in performance marketing strategies
- Able to propose services and institute contractual agreements with clients
