RMC is hiring a Program-Project Management Analyst for the role of Program Management Officer (PMO) to support our NAVAIR customer in Patuxent River, MD. The selected applicant will perform a variety of Account Management and Information Assurance support activities, including, but not limited to:
- Providing coordination support for onboarding and offboarding processes
- Providing coordination support for processing of System Authorization Access Requests (SAARs) for new accounts and existing account modifications
- Providing coordination support for other user access requirements, such as facilities access, system access, etc.
- Providing general administrative support to the customer’s Program Management Office processes
- Providing technical and administrative support to process improvement initiatives
- Providing general support to the department leadership and support personnel
The applicant shall be familiar with the following:
- Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Application Suite
- Project management.
- Written and verbal communications.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to work on classified systems (i.e., SIPRNet) within secure environments.
- General knowledge and familiarity with information security, Cybersecurity and the Risk Management Framework, is preferred
Requirements
- An AA/AS degree and up to three (3) years of relevant experience are required. A Junior level candidate is responsible for assisting more senior staff and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior staff.
- A High School diploma/GED and two (2) years of additional experience performing work related to the labor category functional description may be substituted for an Associate’s Degree. An Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years of additional experience performing work related to the labor category functional description may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. The selected applicant must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in NAVAIR environments.
- The applicant must meet the certification and clearance requirements established IAW the DoD Manual 8570. The applicant must have one of the following certifications to start:
- Security+ CE
- CAP / CGRC
- GSLC
- CND Cloud+
- An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required to start. The applicant may be subjected to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
