Aretum, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator at Aretum, you will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of projects for our clients in the government sector.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and administration of projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and team members.
- Support the development and monitoring of project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and risk registers.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other project-related events.
- Support the identification and resolution of project issues and risks.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices.
- Track and identify action items to ensure completion.
- Create and/or review reports, briefings, processes and procedures, status reports, and other artifacts.
- Work with proposal and capture resources to support proposal writing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience working in a government contracting environment is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
