You'll spearhead cutting-edge initiatives that:
- Streamline operations to allow our team members to focus on personalized care
- Develop and execute a visionary technology roadmap aligned with our mission
- Oversee enterprise-scale applications and integrate solutions across functional lines
- Identify and implement technologies that enhance resident independence and quality of life
- Lead the charge in exploring emerging technologies for senior care
- Manage IT infrastructure, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient systems
- Ensure HIPAA/HITECH compliance as our security officer
- Implement state-of-the-art cybersecurity measures to protect resident data
- Serve as the primary liaison with our managed service provider
- Negotiate and manage key technology partnerships to complement our goals
- Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality service delivery
- Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective allocation of resources
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Organizational and project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize and execute multiple initiatives/deadlines autonomously and shift priorities as necessary
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology and senior living industry trends
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Visionary mindset with a passion for improving lives through technology
- Licensure/Certifications (Preferred): Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification or similar certification
