Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and value propositions.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and manage a high-performing business development team.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong network of industry contacts and relationships.
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
