We looking to add an experienced hospitality leader to join our Award Winning Courtyard team!
We are looking to fill the role of Assistant General Manager at the Courtyard by Marriott, Littleton, MA.
As the Assistant General Manager you will work hand in hand with our General Manager to ensure the smooth operations of the property for both the hotel and the hotel bistro.
The Assistant General Manager works with all departments within the hotel to provide outstanding guest service and maintain the highest standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Front Office operations management to include, but not limited to, overall guest service, Brand standards, room availability, cost controls and overall profitability, systems use and management, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation.
- Lead/ assist in the daily operations of the hotel Bistro
- Monitor and encourage team members performance and assist in training needs. Actively work on coaching, evaluating, and rewarding team members. Assist in scheduling and employee reviews process.
- Monitor guest satisfaction reviews and scores with the General Manager and improve accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott and Lafrance standards.
- Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner and resolves guest concerns.
- Manage the housekeeping/laundry department as well as some housekeeping responsibilities.
Requirements
- Prior brand hotel experience preferred
- Prior knowledge in food & beverage
- Minimum 1-3 years hotel Front Desk experience OR prior Property Management experience
- Detail oriented with emphasis on building guest relationships
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule
