Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with 1 weekend Day a Month.

Summary:
Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospital (WBHH) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our compassionate team of healthcare professionals.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at WBHH, you will play a vital role in providing psychiatric stabilization and dual diagnosis treatments to children, and adult patients in inpatient setting. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals struggling with mental health challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, interviews, and observations to develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with the treatment team, including psychiatrists, therapists, and nurses, to implement behavior support plans that address the specific needs of patients.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to the treatment team regarding behavioral strategies, crisis management, and de-escalation techniques.
- Train staff members on the implementation of behavior intervention plans and provide ongoing supervision and support.
- Monitor and analyze data to track patient progress and modify intervention strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with patients' families to provide education, support, and guidance regarding behavior management techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required
Must have Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification, MA License.
Experience:
- Experience working with individuals with dual diagnoses and/or developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and handle a fast-paced environment.
