Coaching Coordinator - Boston Full-Time
Youth Athletes United is the parent company of 5 premier children's sports development programs, holding almost 3000 classes each week for early childhood, elementary, and middle school children. The Youth Athletes United team has almost 800 full and part-time staff and coaches who are committed to delivering the highest quality educational experience across the country.
The Coaching Coordinator is a full-time position for a talented, creative, and personable individual with exceptional written and oral communication skills. We are seeking an innovative thinker with an infectiously energetic personality to assist in leading our team of educators and coaches.
Responsibilities:
- To support and report to the Coaching Manager
- Assist with scheduling coaches
- Identifying, screening, interview and onboard coaches
- Represent a position of being an ambassador, to mentor and guide the coaching team
- Supervise and evaluate educators and coaches through written review to ensure the overall quality of the program
- Keep track of our coaches performance and the staff training program
- Assist in development of staff training program
- Lead, provide materials for and participate in coach training
- Liaise with parents to receive feedback on staff performance and program content
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Aptitude for effectively preparing and delivering presentations to a large group
- Customer service oriented
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Work a Wednesday - Sunday schedule
