Full Job Description
We are looking for a Content Marketer to join our global marketing team. As the Content Marketer you will own and optimize the creation and distribution of high impact content that solves problems for our audience and drives growth for our business. You will tell the story of our brand and company in order to engage prospects, customers, candidates, and partners. You will work with the VP of marketing to create an impactful content strategy that excites our audience, positions us in the market as an expert in our field, and drives growth.
- You think about content strategy as a product, leveraging modern martech to build content that is valuable and impactful (impact > output)
- You know how to (or are very interested in learning how to) leverage AI and no-code products to expand your resources, increase content value, and save time
- You are a repurpose rockstar who is obsessed with agility and mileage out of your content
- You are a great communicator, and writer, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to do the work
- You are dedicated to your professional growth. You constantly raise your hands, shout out your ideas, and ask for more.
Relationships
This role reports to the VP Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Research, Creation, and Distribution: You leverage SEO best practices to create and distribute meaningful content via a hub and spoke model, and love to milk mileage through repurposing.
- Voice and Tone: Create governance over our voice and tone, ensuring that all content serves our unique POV.
- Channels: While all marketing is content, we want you focusing on these main channels: blog, research reports, lead magnets, webinars, website, and social media
- Customer Content: Design customer marketing content that drives growth, including customer stories and case studies.
- Content Calendar: Stay organized with a content calendar and process that aligns to key business milestones
- Performance Tracking: Hold yourself to metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of content. Analyze data and metrics to optimize programs and strategies for maximum impact. Hold yourself accountable.
- In Person Events: Manage and coordinate two in person tradeshow events (2024) and beyond beyond
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing
- Demonstrated success in developing content that drives growth
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling abilities, with a track record of crafting impactful content.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with the following: long form written content, webinars/events, email marketing, lead magnets, website copy
