Full Job Description
M.S. Walker has an immediate opening for a Credit Clerk to add to our Norwood, MA headquarters! The ideal candidate must be able to work in an office environment and possess excellent phone and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Processes delivery documents and reviews data for discrepancies
- Performs computer data entry (credits, pricing, applying credits to A/R, excel spreadsheets)
- Communicates with the Sales Department, colleagues and customers regarding customer accounts
- Reviews and analyzes customer accounts
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years Office Administrator experience
- Ability to communicate professionally with all co-workers including senior management
- Organization and attention to detail is a must
- Excellent math and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
