Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data using various software applications
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Assist in maintaining organized filing systems, both electronic and paper
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve data management practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data management software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
