Full Job Description
Workable makes software to help companies find, hire, and manage great people. We understand HR and its role in building healthy workplaces — which is why we’re proud that more than 27,000 teams around the world use Workable to do exactly that. And while we take HR seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. At Workable, you’ll find smart people who have fun, learn and innovate, and help others do the same. We brainstorm, we laugh, and, occasionally, we party (there’s a lot to celebrate), but we also appreciate people’s need for quiet time and focused work. We respect everyone, we hire the best, and make sure every experience is special.
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Digital Campaign Specialist to join our team. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in paid search advertising, then we want to hear from you! This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to transition in-house from an agency, or for anybody just looking to expand their career in paid search marketing. This role is a hybrid position, and the employee will be expected to be in our Boston office 4 days a week.

- Proven track record of creating and scaling successful ROI-driven campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions
- Previous SaaS experience preferred, but not required
- Salesforce, Tableau, or Heap reporting skills are preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement paid search strategies across multiple search engines and platforms, and practice daily optimizations and upkeep of those campaigns
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns
- Analyze data from ad platforms, Google Analytics, and Salesforce to monitor demand and revenue performance and uncover areas of improvement
- Create and optimize compelling ad copy that drives high click-through and conversion rates
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of the game and identify new trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of paid search campaigns
