We are currently looking to fill an Entry-Level Sales Management position within our company. We are a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company, well established with a solid business and marketing model, looking to expand within the MA area over the next 1-2 years. We only promote from within, and it is based on personal performance, not on seniority. We are family oriented, and we offer a supportive and encouraging work environment. Experience in our industry is not required as we have industry-leading training and support to provide you the tools to be successful and achieve your professional and personal dreams. 

Requirements:

 Young minded and money motivated

 Excellent ability to build rapport and relationships with prospects

 Advanced skills in selling and negotiating

 Competitive, disciplined and results oriented

 Computer/zoom/social media savvy

 Former athletes are desired

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Calling warm leads, scheduling appointments with clients

 Presenting insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call

 Sell and up sell insurance to new and existing clients

 Report daily numbers

 Accomplishing and exceeding daily and weekly goals

 Train, coach and lead new agents

The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth!

Entry level associate and fast-track management positions are available. First year associates’ yearly earnings between 65K and 100k respectively. We are training our leaders to earn six figures in their first 1-2 years in the business.

Earnings are uncapped due to weekly bonuses, commission advances and recruiting bonuses, residual income, and 100% are performance based in all levels of the career.
