JOB DESCRIPTION:

• We are looking for reliable event/serving staff looking to work part-time at private events throughout Boston and the Greater New England area. Our event staff/server’s overall role is providing a high quality service experience from beginning to end. Tasks include unloading vans, setting up tables and chairs, bringing in wine cases, folding napkins, breaking down after an event, etc. Our event staff/servers attend to all customer needs before, during, and after their meals by placing/receiving plates on tables, refilling drinks, serving appetizers and other goods while providing exceptional customer service so that all guests can fully enjoy their dining experience. Servers also ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages by checking on their tables periodically throughout the service time as well as also providing adhoc tasks as directed by their shift leader.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week (you can choose when you want to work! We have events every day of the week at various times of the day/evening)

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be passionate about food, service and events
• Must have part-time availability
• Must be able to commit to at least three shifts per month
• Must be detail-oriented and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Previous catering, restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Individuals with past serving, host and event experience are encouraged to apply.
• College students are encouraged to apply.
