Work hours: Full-time, 40+ hours per week.

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Electrical license. Must have at least 5 years experience in the field at the Journeyman level.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring methods.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment specific to the trade.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar CRMs preferred.
• Computer savvy with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Can-do attitude and commitment to excellence, taking pride in delivering quality workmanship.
• Interest in being at the forefront of our electrical division's growth and development

Qualification Requirements:

• 5 + years' experience

• Journeyman preferred

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check

• Excellent customer relation skills

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude

• Detail oriented, organized, results driven individual

• Highly safety conscious

• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and blueprints

• Ability to effectively troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and determine best repair and or replacement.
