We are looking for a Live Chat Agent who will help customers through instant messaging applications. Customers can usually troubleshoot their own problems or ask questions quickly via chat, and chat support agents must have the skills to answer them promptly and accurately.
Responsibilities
This invaluable role involves helping businesses by answering live chat messages on their online assets
Address inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers
Remain updated on your client's services or products to offer reliable information
Swift answers show customers that you value their time
Requirements
:High school diploma or GED
Chat Representative/Customer Service experience is not needed but can be a bonus
Quiet workspace away from distractions
Self Motivated - you must be 100% able to commit to working with little supervision
Work from home jobs of this nature require Internet and one of the following: Laptop or PC, MAC, or Smart Device - Android or IOS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
