Role Summary
Contribute reliable, detail-oriented, and engaged support for corporate efforts to promote patient safety by engaging CRICO’s insured clinicians with our content. Use established communication channels and emerging technologies to drive brand awareness and use of patient safety resources. Support internal communication activities to inform and engage staff and improve corporate efficiency.
Responsible for supporting the Communications Department in fulfilling its goals and objectives, including email campaign production and deployment, digital content production, video and multi-media production, meeting planning and support, social media management, and editorial coordination.
Key Duties & Accountabilities
1. Email campaign and editorial support
- Help maintain our editorial calendar
- Provide support for email production and distribution
2. Video and multi-media production:
- Provide assistance to the video producer during recording sessions
- Help to organize and maintain the video library
3. Meeting planning and support:
- Assist with planning and facilitation of bi-monthly all staff meetings
- Confirm presenters
- Compile master ppt deck
- Record meetings
- Post final presentation and recording to Intranet “Hub”
- Support the Communications Director with other department meetings, capture minutes, and share follow-up actions
4. Social media management:
- Draft 2-3 social media posts/week for CRICO and Candello
- Publish approved posts through HubSpot
- Like/Repost/Share posts from the CRICO and Candello community members as approved by the Director
5. Editorial planning and coordination:
- Help maintain our editorial calendar
- Provide support for email production and distribution

Requirements
Education, Experience, & Skills
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or similar program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Awareness/familiarity with HubSpot preferred (training on platform provided)
- Experience with MS Office 365 product suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PPT, MS Teams)
- Experience with Sitecore (preferred) or similar web CMS
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro)

This internship requires a 10-week commitment of up to 40 hours per week with a start date of June 17th, 2024. The position is hybrid, offering a flexible schedule. At the conclusion of the assignment, there may be an opportunity to convert to full-time employment.
Candidate must reside in MA, CT, NH, RI or ME.
