DemandTec, a business unit within Acoustic, is looking for a motivated and ambitious Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and sales efforts. If you’re passionate about grocery, retail, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) and eager to dive into a variety of marketing initiatives, this role could be for you.

Role Overview: As a Marketing Coordinator at DemandTec, you will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams to support demand generation, creative content development, and sales enablement initiatives. This role offers broad exposure across marketing functions, from campaign execution to content creation and event coordination. You’ll collaborate with all levels of the organization and have the chance to take ownership of projects that drive meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities This role requires the ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, using account intelligence to build and execute effective account-based marketing programs utilizing a range of tactics.

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns, with a focus on reaching key grocery, retail, and CPG audiences.
  • Support the creation and distribution of engaging content, including blogs, whitepapers, social media posts, and sales collateral.
  • Coordinate sales enablement activities, providing the Sales team with tools, materials, and insights that support their efforts.
  • Help manage DemandTec’s presence on social media, particularly LinkedIn, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on demand generation activities, including events, sponsorships, and webinars.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities within the retail and CPG sectors.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, leveraging insights to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, ideally in grocery, retail, or CPG sectors.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation and campaign management across digital channels (email, social media, web).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
