As a Cramer Project Manager, you'll be an expert in delivery planning and passionate about creating impactful brand assets and campaigns specifically for healthcare clients on our Cramer Health team. You’ll work directly on a variety of projects and with multiple healthcare-related client contacts and be responsible for the planning and delivery of each project. You will thrive on new challenges each day. You will look forward to collaborating and problem solving with your team – leading and supporting them throughout the execution process. You will manage delivery of digital, print and video assets and work with a highly collaborative team in one of The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work 2022 & 2023.

This is a full-time in office role that requires 5 days/week in our office in Norwood, MA.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will own the following for their projects:
- Plan and manage the work for a variety of tactics including messaging and creative concepts, marketing campaign elements such as emails and landing pages, infographics, presentations, brochures,, training materials, one sheeters, promotional materials, etc.
- Conduct client needs assessments and partner with Account, Strategic, Creative, and Solution Leads to plan and propose solutions
- Work directly with the client as the execution point of contact, leading all status meetings, including agendas, status reports and meeting notes. Develop and manage project scopes and budgets; you will own the financial success of the project budget
- Create and manage detailed project plans and timelines to keep internal and client teams on track
- Document requirements for the projects
- Oversee the teams’ project work and ensure quality of deliverables
- Manage the asset legal and regulatory client review and compliance
- Work in multiple platforms including Microsoft Office 365 and Teams, and Veeva
- Manage third-party partners
- Oversee the review and revision process, ensuring changes are implemented and quality is assured
- Provide client support throughout the project from start through to completion and wrap-up
Requirements:
- 3-5 years similar experience in a creative agency or a client agency
- A record of successfully planning projects as the sole project management lead
- Pharmaceutical client or agency-side experience
- Experience in project managing digital and traditional assets
- Hands-on experience planning and project managing a shared pool of cross functional resources
- Budget development, management and financial delivery experience as budget owner of your projects
- Experience simultaneously managing multiple projects, teams and clients
- Be proficient in Microsoft office suite, as well as Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint
- Experience working directly with clients
- Strong quality control and approval routing experience; using best practices and tools to support
- The ability to work well with team members at all levels of an organization, understanding needs, challenges and priorities, and keeping constituents motivated and informed
- A passion for technology and for digging into new tools.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience working with healthcare clients (Pharmaceutical client or agency-side experience)
- General knowledge of Veeva
- Experience with Kantata (formerly Mavenlink)
