Your Role
As a Recruiter at Firefly Health, you will play a critical role in shaping our rapidly growing team by recruiting top talent across multiple disciplines, including clinical, operations, technology, and general & administrative (G&A) roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies that attract the best candidates. You will:
- Assist with the full recruitment process from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to onboarding candidates across various functions including clinical, operations, technology, and G&A
- Bring an innovative perspective on sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates from various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture to identify the best candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining consistent communication and providing timely feedback
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, ensuring we have access to top talent as we scale
- Use recruiting metrics and data to inform and refine recruitment strategies, ensuring the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring efforts
- Partner to drive diversity initiatives with consideration for talent movement, recruiting, and employee representation
You’d be a good fit if you have:
- Proven recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented tech and/or clinical environment
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple, changing priorities
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to attract passive candidates
- Comfort with ambiguity

- Familiarity with Workable, Slack, and Google Suite products
Our office is in Watertown, Massachusetts, but we’ve developed a robust remote working structure to give us more geographical flexibility while hiring for many positions. This role can be done largely remotely, there are several times a year when staff come together onsite for planning and team building.
