This person will have a passion for solving problems, learning new skills and leading a small team. Primary duties would include developing the assembly process, defining product testing needs, leading and working alongside the build team, managing Engineering Technicians, and working directly with the contract manufacturer to ensure a robust and high quality assembly process is maintained. Secondary responsibilities would include DFM/DFA activities, root cause analysis, change management, and other continuous improvement activities.
