The Role
We are looking for a qualified Community Manager to join our team. If you are a social-savvy professional, experienced in content curation, creation & amplification, influencer management, and community relations, we would like to meet you. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and can identify and develop engaging consumer and customer relevant content. You should be a creative, scrappy, people person with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our communities. You should be able to act as the voice of our brands and manage all community communications under the regulatory and guidelines provided.
What you'll be doing
- Execute the global digital/social community management strategy in the US across multiple platforms
- Focus on TikTok as primary engagement and awareness driver in conjunction with other channels including Meta, YouTube, Expert Voice and more.
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with global digital and content strategies + local retail strategies.
- Drive a strong brand calendar combining hero core and innovation content, with proactive and reactive content opportunities to drive strong impact of our brands locally.
- Build the global and local content strategy through creator partnerships to supplement and amplify execution of our key content strategy and pillars.
- Content Creation including providing, curating & amplifying engaging text, images and video content for social media accounts from various internal and external sources.
- Build on the global brand community management guidelines to build a consistent and engaging voice for our brands in the US
- Engage regulatory, legal and customer service where needed to ensure responses are compliant and serve consumer needs.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness with consumers and customers
- Coordinate with Marketing and Digital teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Liaise with Sales team to stay updated on retail partners and promotional events.
- Engage with US based retailers on social platforms, driving traffic to their channels and shelves.
- Engage with retailer audience on Expert Voice education portal; communicate and build community of natural industry retail associates to amplify advocacy in stores.
- Build relationships with influencers, advocates, and industry professionals
- Identify new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products through social listening & research
- Stay up to date with digital technology trends.
Requirements
What you'll bring
- Proven work experience and account growth as a community manager across multiple social and community platforms with a priority on recent experience with TikTok and Meta.
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
- Understand and experience with social listening tools
- Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent writing skills
- Hands on experience managing multiple brand accounts across multiple platforms
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels Consistently work at a professional pace to meet deadlines while maintaining keen attention to detail and an open channel of communication
- Ability to maintain creativity while adhering to local regulatory guardrails. Please note this role will require domestic travel monthly to capture content for wide-spready digital and social channel use, therefore an ability and willingness to travel domestically is a requirement for this role.
