Speech and language Pathologist 65-70 per hour CFY welcomed to apply

Boston Speech Therapy, a reputable and woman-owned speech therapy company, is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Speech and Language Pathologist to join their team in a public school setting. This position offers a competitive rate of $65-$70 per hour, and CFY candidates are welcomed to apply.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of elementary aged students and make a positive impact in their lives. You will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication and swallowing disorders, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose individuals with communication and swallowing disorders
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
• Educate patients and their families on effective communication strategies
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech and Language Pathologist
• CFY candidates are welcomed to apply
• Prior experience in diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in utilizing specialized technology and software related to speech-language pathology
