Full Job Description
Our mission at Chatterboxes is innovating to disrupt our industry and enable professional sustainability by re-defining the clinical experience and culture through our sanctuary model. We envision Speech-Language Pathologists practicing and sustaining their craft in a nourishing environment, free from occupational burnout and with the competence and (mental-emotional) capacity to empower every individual they serve.
At Chatterboxes, our primary focus is the wellbeing of our therapists. Our private practice has reimagined the delivery of Speech & Language Services for SLP's by offering growth opportunities, weekly professional development, caseload & schedule preferences, and the close-knit community of a team of SLPs who are all here to support you.
Our Neurodiversity-affirming clinicians employ a strengths-based approach to services with a focus on a child's inherent abilities and potential. We presume competence in each child, while we help advocate for inclusion. When applicable, our practice helps parents embrace the concept that all brains are naturally different. By helping parents celebrate the differences in levels and types of brain function, we can appreciate that a neurodivergent brain can be embraced equally to that of a neurotypical child's brain.
Our 100% Therapist-owned practice is seeking a Full Time SLP to provide School-based & Home-Based & Teletherapy sessions to a range of children dealing with communication difficulties. Applicants from anywhere in the United States are welcome to apply, but this position is local to Massachusetts
