We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve speech and language abilities
- Assist patients in developing alternative methods of communication, such as sign language or augmentative communication devices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in speech language pathology through continuing education and professional development
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in speech language pathology
- Strong knowledge of communication and swallowing disorders and treatment techniques
- Ability to assess and diagnose speech-language disorders and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Benefits
Assignment location: MA
Length of assignment: 13weeks
Guarantee hours: 35 hours.
Work schedule: 8:00am- 4:30pm Sun - Sat
Pay rate: Very attractive (base on experience but will be discussed during the interview)
Sign-on Bonus: $200 (one time on second pay check)
Housing stipend: Housing provided by our company
License Required: MA License or compact
