Full Job Description
CallMiner is seeking a B2B SaaS marketing professional to define and execute the company’s North American demand generation strategy. Reporting to the Director of Global Demand Generation, this role will partner with the broader Marketing organization to manage and help to evolve the company’s existing demand generation strategy and operation to cultivate and surface high intent leads and accounts for the Business Development and Sales organizations to pursue, to meet the pipeline targets necessary to fuel company growth.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- 5 – 7 years of experience within B2B SaaS marketing with at least the last 2 years of that specifically in demand generation
- Defining the strategy and managing the execution of paid search campaigns (either independently or via an agency). Working knowledge of Google AdWords and Google Display Network.
- Defining the strategy and managing the execution of paid media & paid social display advertising (either independently or via an agency) including retargeting. Expertise with LinkedIn display advertising a plus.
- Defining the strategy and managing the execution of SEO with the goal of driving more organic traffic to the website. Experience managing the tasks for this which span multiple teams within the marketing department.
- Exceptional demand gen copywriting skills are required for promotional copy across email, paid search, display, and remarketing. Be prepared to provide examples of ads that showcase demand generation copywriting skills.
- Working knowledge/understanding of marketing stack platforms including: Salesforce, Marketo, PathFactory, ZoomInfo, Wistia, Lead Angel and Chili Piper or comparable.
- Hands-on experience working with leading CMS platforms specifically for website edits related to demand gen campaigns (CTAs, gated content, offers, etc.). Experience with Contentful CMS is a plus.
- Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy development and hands-on execution using one of the leading ABM/ intent platforms preferred. Experience with 6Sense platform a major plus.
- Experience in data analysis for demand generation results across all campaigns, verticals, personas, etc. The person we are looking for is naturally curious and knows how to constantly evaluate data related to KPIs, identify insights, and translate that into performance improvements.
- Must be the type of person who is a natural collaborator with other teams within marketing (Marketing Ops, Events, PR/ Content, etc.) as the demand gen person working with them.
- Must have experience working extremely closely with the Business Development Rep (BDR) team as well as the Sales team (AE, SD, RVPs) for a constant feedback loop between demand generation and the field.
- Strong visual sense for promotional creative and the ability to direct in-house creative efforts (display ads, website, etc.).
- Strong vendor management skills required.
- Will need to work North America’s Eastern time zone (EST) hours.
