Temporary/Part time Barista Needed (Cambridge)

We are seeking a Temporary Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This Position is a part time / Temporary position to cover two of our sites . Must commit to 40 or more hours June 24th - June28th at our Cambridge location.

**Duties:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes

- Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment

- Take customer orders

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning coffee machines and equipment

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner

- Upsell products and suggest additional items to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of basic math for recipe measurements

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Understanding of food handling and safety procedures in the food industry

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Flexibility to work various shifts i
