We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Sales Producer & Ownership Accelerator. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only excel in sales but also gain hands-on experience in agency operations, with the ultimate goal of progressing into agency ownership.
As an Agent in Training, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting our insurance products and services to prospective clients. In addition to your day-to-day sales responsibilities, you will work closely with the agency owner to learn the ins and outs of running a successful agency. This role is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to eventually transition into agency ownership.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting the appropriate insurance coverage based on their individual needs and financial goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
- Provide accurate and detailed insurance quotes and policy information to clients.
- Identify sales opportunities and proactively generate new business through referrals, networking, and other marketing strategies.
- Conduct regular policy reviews with clients to ensure their coverage remains up-to-date and in line with their changing needs.
- Collaborate with team members and insurance experts to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product updates.
- Complete required training and licensing exams to obtain necessary insurance certifications.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to assist clients.
- Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Required to possess a valid insurance license (or willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
