As a Clinical Supervisor, you will lead this team to success, ensuring that each individual receives the highest quality care tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, business partners, and the community.
- Oversee all evidence-based ABA service delivery procedures, including therapy, assessment, and parent training.
- Lead a team of behavior technicians and/or clinical associates to deliver services in various settings such as homes, clinics, schools, and communities.
- Drive to and from treatment sites as needed, with flexibility in scheduling.
- Utilize clinical software systems for client progress tracking and program modification.
- Deliver staff training and supervision, including RBT training and graduate supervision.
- Develop client-specific treatment and behavior intervention plans.
- Ensure adherence to billing standards and timely submission of treatment plans.
- Maintain high-quality service standards and uphold ethical behavior.
- Attend relevant meetings, events, and trainings to stay current in the field of ABA.
Minimum Qualifications:

Requirements
- Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current certification as a BCBA.
- State license to practice ABA if applicable.
- First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
- Completion of QBS Safety Care Training certification.
- Background clearance and TB test as required.
Full-Time, Non-Exempt
