Job Type:
- Full Time
- Pay: $20 - $22 Per Hour
- Schedule: Normal business hours 8:00am – 4:30pm, Mon – Sat (5-day workweek)

Mission/Purpose:
As a Service Coordinator, you play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience by combining the responsibilities of both Installation Coordinator and Project Coordinator. Through effective communication, meticulous project management, and proactive problem-solving, you will lead the coordination efforts to guarantee successful flooring projects and achieve 5-star customer reviews.
Job Description:
The Service Coordinator oversees the entire lifecycle of flooring projects, managing pre-scheduling tasks through completion and order processing. This involves scheduling installation service calls, ensuring the timely arrival of installers, monitoring installation progress, resolving issues promptly, collecting payments, and obtaining completion certificates. Additionally, the Service Coordinator is responsible for facilitating effective communication between customers, field leadership, and installation crews.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Oversight
- Oversee the entire flooring project lifecycle, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.
- Review and validate project details in Salesforce, verifying documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Schedule jobs with customers and installers, maintaining scheduling timeliness.
Communication Excellence
- Communicate effectively with installers and customers, providing updates on project status and addressing any changes.
- Facilitate comprehensive answers and solutions to customer and installer inquiries.
Issue Resolution
- Assess and resolve day-of-installation problems swiftly and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with team members to promptly resolve any issues that may arise during the project process.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure accurate and complete data entry, adherence to processes, and overall compliance.
- Monitor and review the quality and timeliness of file processing.
Team Leadership
- Provide leadership and guidance to the coordination team, attending regular meetings to discuss project updates, challenges, and best practices.

Working Conditions/Physical Abilities:
Work is conducted in an office setting. This is not a remote or work-from-home position. Typical amount of sitting or standing, average mobility within an office environment. Moderate/extensive computer work. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
