Robot Programmer

Currently, we are seeking a Robot Programmer to become a part of the HIROTEC team. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidates will be responsible for:

• Programming a variety of robots and applications
• Communication set-up
• Troubleshooting
• Cycle time optimization
• Auto debug with controls personnel.

***Ability to travel for service and installation, both nationally and internationally up to 50% of the time***

The ideal candidates will have 2+ years Robot Programming experience and/or various manufacturing courses in robotics and controls. Strong knowledge of the Automotive Industry (closures/BIW- OEM experience preferred). Simulation experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to direct and review programmers’ work, along with interfacing with numerous departments.
