As leaders in the veterinary industry, our services ensure a safe and caring environment for pets and offer peace and security to families as we care for their most precious and beloved pets. In addition to providing standard veterinary services, our non-traditional, holistic, and integrated approach is unique to each pet we serve. Our caring approach ensures that all pets are treated kindly, served with compassion, and their experience is unique to their needs.
The Opportunity
Working alongside Dr. Kelly Sovey, the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) will join a team of expert and compassionate veterinarians providing services to pets in a no-rush environment. The DVM provides various services, from routine vet care and grooming to tailored services such as chiropractic, Chinese food therapy and herbs, laser therapy, and acupuncture. Our facility has a suite for surgical services and is set up to offer mixed animal care. Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes to ensure quality time with the patient and their family.
We offer a competitive salary and generous benefits package and are open to discussing and collaborating with the right individual to frame and build a compensation and benefit package tailored specifically to them and their needs.
Our Culture
- Mentorship
- Flexible work schedule
- Family and community-like environment
- Work-Life balance (family first approach)
- Caring and supportive work environment
"The staff are devoted to patient care and providing as good an experience for patients as possible and we experience very little turnover with tenures ranging from 3 to 9 years. We strive to support each other and not have the typical "toxic" work environment. Family is important and everyone makes changes in the schedule to accommodate emergencies with a staff member's family as they know they will receive the same should they need it. We take a mental health long-weekend each month and are closed the first Friday of each month so staff have time away and ability to spend with family. I have striven to create a work schedule that limits stress. We like to laugh and love our 4 clinic cats!"- Dr. Sovey
