Requirements

As our chosen Apartment General Manager, every day you will oversee the Community Manager who reports to you, ensure the property is meeting the minimum occupancy standard using marking and leasing skills, and drive the overall success of our beautiful downtown Minneapolis, MN high-rise, Bolero Flats (259 Units)!

To thrive in this role:

3 Years or more of property management experience at the Community or General Manager level

Experience overseeing a large team

Strong sales/leasing experience with an emphasis on product oversight

Marketing experience

Yardi/OneSite or equivalent property management software experience

Management of A/P process and A/R process

Bonus Skills

Oversight of high-rise assets

General knowledge of high-rise mechanical systems

In-depth knowledge of the downtown Minneapolis apartment market
