Customer Acceptance and Delivery Coordinator

New Flyer, North America's heavy-duty transit bus leader, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for the role of Customer Acceptance and Delivery Coordinator. As the Customer Acceptance and Delivery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of our advanced transit buses to our valued customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with various internal teams to ensure that our buses meet the highest quality standards before delivery. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables will be crucial in ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded. Additionally, you will collaborate with our customers to schedule and coordinate the delivery of our buses, providing them with an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
• Experience in the automotive or transit industry is preferred
• Knowledge of customer acceptance and delivery processes
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
