We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Business Transaction Group. Boulay’s Transaction Team offers advisory services to help our clients evaluate the risks and rewards of complex business transactions. Our approach is customized for each client, offering a full menu of integrated service or an ala-carte approach. Our offerings include a range of financial advisory, consulting, and valuation services to help clients achieve their investment objectives. We work with clients in all stages of an investment’s life cycle including pre-deal diligence and modeling support, post-deal financial reporting guidance, life cycle marks and investor services.
The Transaction Group Senior/Supervisor (ESOP Advisory) is responsible for providing corporate finance and ESOP Advisory services to middle-market companies to support corporate, ownership transition, and other objectives. In this position, you will be an active participant in key phases of the transaction and other consulting engagements.

Responsibilities
· Perform financial analysis and financial and other due diligence
· Prepare financial modeling and provide other support for ESOP transactions, financial opinions, and other valuation engagements
· Participate in client discussions and due diligence meetings
· Research and compile market data for prior or future transactions
Provide client presentations, transaction materials, and other related correspondence
Requirements
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting
- 3+ years of experience preparing transaction opinions or performing financial (ESOP-specific experience preferred) advisory services
- Experience with transaction advisory engagements, timelines, and processes
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel for financial modeling purposes and PowerPoint for client presentation and communication purposes
- Strongattention to detail; sweats the small details of financial models and reports

- CFA, CPA, or other related certification (or demonstrable progress toward achieving a certification)
