As part of our commitment to providing a range of solutions for sellers, we are expanding our services with the launch of a retail real estate brokerage division. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced leader to head this exciting new venture.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a General Manager – Brokerage Division to build and lead our retail real estate brokerage division. This division will be responsible for converting house seller leads into traditional listings for properties that do not qualify for our cash offer option. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a proven track record in sales management, and experience recruiting, training, and leading high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Lead the Brokerage Division: Develop the structure, strategies, and operations for the brokerage division, ensuring alignment with Homestead Road’s overall goals.
- Recruitment & Team Building: Hire and onboard experienced real estate agents who will focus on converting seller leads into listings. Create a team culture centered on performance and client satisfaction.
- Training & Development: Implement comprehensive training programs to equip agents with the skills needed to secure listings and provide exceptional service.
- Performance Management: Set clear performance targets for the team, monitor progress, and provide coaching to ensure continuous improvement and success.
- Strategic Growth: Drive the expansion of the brokerage division by identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with marketing teams to maintain a steady flow of leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Ensure that the brokerage team delivers outstanding service, building strong, lasting relationships with sellers and clients.
