Job Description: We are seeking a Housing Stabilization Services Director to join our team and build our new housing stabilization services program. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing the program and providing direct services to clients. The Director's vision and direction will heavily influence the program's direction, and they will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of the individuals we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement a comprehensive housing stabilization services program that meets the needs of individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and other related conditions.
- Initially provide direct services to clients, including housing assessments, case management, and support services.
- Develop policies and procedures for the program and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to ensure program integration with other agency services.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance program services and support.
- Participate in agency strategic planning and program development activities.
- Ensure quality assurance and improvement for program services.
- As the program expands, hire, train, and supervise additional program staff.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Roseville
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field OR minimum of five years of experience in social service delivery, with at least two years of experience at a managerial level in housing stabilization
- Experience working with individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and other related conditions in the housing stabilization field.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to housing stabilization services and experience with licensing and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs, with experience in program management, budgeting, and staff supervision.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
