Full Job Description
The Junior Solutions Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Senior Solutions Engineer in on-time and effective delivery of marketing projects for Homestead Living. To do this adequately, the Junior Solutions Coordinator will be extremely detailed and have experience with the different platforms and tools that are used by Homestead Living. Additionally, the Junior Solutions Coordinator may be asked to assist other members of the marketing team with documentation, project management and administrative items - helping the Homestead Living Marketing team accomplish its goals and maximize its opportunities. As a supporting role in the marketing team, the Junior Solutions Coordinator can expect to have their hands in many of the projects that Homestead Living works on and must be a good communicator and a team-first player.
Key Responsibilities
- Support smooth and on-time delivery and execution of our marketing services and projects.
- Assist with use and support of heavily used digital marketing platforms including WordPress, WooCommerce, Convert Kit, Adobe, etc.
- Support various administrative duties for marketing team as needed (including project management updates, campaign reporting, testing, etc.).
- Work with team members to build SOPs, training materials and scoping documents for various projects.
- Work with marketing team to plan, organize and execute campaign deliverables to meet timelines and objectives.
- Support client marketing strategies by identifying opportunities to leverage new platform features.
- Assist team members by providing systems setup and technical support for digital events (webinars, trainings, etc.) as needed.
- Assist with repetitive tasks, such as uploading content.
- Communicate directly with team members to provide systems troubleshooting and project updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a previous technology and/or marketing role.
- Desire to work within the software programs to execute repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Positive self-starter who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work on multiple projects at any given time.
- Able to identify grammatical errors, spelling errors and punctuation errors in written English.
- Familiar with SOPs. Ability to execute directions accurately, and suggest process improvements.
- Able to create SOPs consistent with company guidelines and maintain structured online filing systems.
- Empathetic and approachable written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills including managing details.
- Solutions-oriented and highly creative and strategic problem-solver.
- Skilled at working collaboratively across teams and varying departments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and work with unknowns.
- Must be proficient using WordPress, WooCommerce, Zapier, Email Marketing Services (preferably ConvertKit or Hubspot), HelpScout, Google Analytics, Zoom, Slack, and G-Suite including Docs, Sheets, Slides.
