Full Job Description
Miracle-Ear is seeking an Open House Closer in a contract capacity, who is well-versed in the art-of-the-sale and has a passion for training others. This is a great opportunity for a Licensed Hearing Care Professional or Sales Leader in the hearing care industry ready to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Miracle-Ear franchisees to host on-site special events at stores across the country, focused on volume customer appointments.
- Work in tandem with the local Hearing Care Professional and Front Office Administrator to provide superior customer experience.
- Document each customer's personal hearing loss experience, creating a tailored approach unique to each customer.
- Educate the customer on hearing solutions and the long-term effects of hearing loss.
- Present audiometric evaluation results and make product recommendations based on individual needs.
- Coordinate product demos with the Hearing Care Professional.
- Demonstrate strong closing abilities, maintaining a high closing rate.
- Treat each customer appointment as a training opportunity, modeling best-in-class techniques for the local team.

Requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience selling hearing aids
- Active Hearing Instrument Specialist License
- BC-HIS, preferred
- Sales training and/or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with all types of people
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
- Must be personable, ethical, and detail-oriented
- Travel Required (60-80%), events are typically 3-5 days, local, in-office
