We are currently seeking a Tax Manager to join our vibrant and growing Real Estate practice. The Tax Manager will bring considerable experience advising a range of clients including Real Estate Investment Trusts, Private Real Estate Funds, real estate developers and family offices invested in real estate. You will also work with a wide variety of clients across multiple property types who have invested in real estate for decades as well as entrepreneurs who are just buying their first building.

Responsibilities
- Provide detailed review and analysis of complex partnership returns with a focus on real estate clients
- Work on multiple complex issues while communicating in a non-technical manner to facilitate communication between the client and the service team while managing the risk for both the client and the firm
- Advise clients on a full spectrum of partnership tax services, including planning, research, compliance, and general structuring and acquisitions activities
- Lead and manage real estate projects
- Initiate and manage client communications
- Collaborate with other members of the real Estate tax practice and cross-departmentally to gather information and make recommendations
- Assist/Review tax compliance to ensure accurate, complete, and timely preparation of clients’ tax returns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 7+ years of public accounting, with a deep understanding of corporate tax, real estate, and partnerships tax consulting projects in various industries
- CPA Licensure
- Specialized real estate experience, required
- Demonstrate progression in leadership abilities
- Solid track record of career achievements and work quality
