Breakfast Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Coordinator to ensure an outstanding breakfast experience for our resort owners at Ozark Hills Winery, located in the picturesque region of [Location]. In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless operation of our daily breakfast service, providing our guests with a delightful start to their day.

6 am - 10 am

Key Responsibilities:

• Order and coordinate the delivery or pick-up of catered breakfast items daily, ensuring a varied and appealing selection.
• Set up the breakfast area each morning, arranging food displays attractively and ensuring all items are well-stocked throughout the service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the breakfast area, including the preparation surfaces and dining tables.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns with promptness and professionalism.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation for picking up orders when necessary.
