Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of technological trends to build the strategy.
• Strong strategic and business mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in driving innovation and introducing new technologies to enhance business processes.
• Track record of successfully scaling technology infrastructure to support company growth and expansion.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
• Proven ability to attract, motivate, and retain top engineering talent.
