We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Clinical Workforce Coordinator to support our growing team of clinicians. The Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with clinician scheduling, onboarding, data entry, and various administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our telehealth programs and develop a strong foundation in workforce management.

Position Overview:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
- Work Location: Hybrid - St. Louis, MO
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, healthcare, or workforce management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and willingness to learn telehealth platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinician Profile Management: Create clinician profiles, including outreach for intake forms and headshots, and setting up DoseSpot accounts.
- Licensure Tracking: Update clinician license information in MedOps when new licenses are cleared and ensure proper documentation.
- Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding of clinicians for various programs, including tracking onboarding progress and coordinating follow-up communication.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Manage and update clinician data in shared spreadsheets.
- Special Projects: Assist with Jira tickets and other ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Communication and Outreach: Provide outreach support for programs as needed, ensuring clinicians are aware of program requirements and deadlines.
