JOB DUTIES:
Hybrid Responsibilities include:
- Conducting community events at client locations
- Assistant to the Director: Duties Include
- Handling incoming calls and messages from potential clients, with a focus on establishing emotional connections and building relationships
- Identifying client needs and coordinating care by referring them to the appropriate service lines
- Effectively communicating detailed information to the relevant teams
- Performing other tasks assigned by the Director
Qualifications:
- A patient and empathetic approach to listening.
- Exhibits strong telephone etiquette and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates a keen eye for detail, with a methodical approach and adeptness at multitasking and time management.
- Proficient in using computers and well-versed in Microsoft products.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and possesses a strong work ethic while working effectively within a team.
- Prior experience in office setting required.
- Healthcare experience a plus.
